Went to my local Garden Center and purchased some tulips.
In the spring of course. (I am a little late in posting this.)
But better late than never right. Right!
They were buy one get one free. Being on a budget this was great for me.
I pulled out my old manual Olympus 50mm lens and decided to try using selective focus.
Having part of the image in focus and the rest blurred out.
Normally I like everything in the image to be tack sharp.
So this was a challenge for me.
I also used my 35mm macro lens and opened up the aperture.
All images taken with natural light and using a reflector.
